As she nears completion of her master’s degree in organizational leadership, she is committed to guiding and motivating others with clarity and care. Through Rooted Purpose LLC, Erika draws on her research with senior adults navigating grief and loneliness and walks alongside them as they make sense of their changing world.
She also offers purpose-driven consulting and career storytelling services – including LinkedIn and resume coaching - that empower individuals to communicate their strengths with confidence.
Outside of her work, Erika enjoys reading, strength training, and spending time with her feline fur babies.
